Option One
This option is great if you want that professional design edge to your
home, without a long commitment. This in-home visit helps the client
pull together colour schemes, paint colours, furniture advice, accents,
tips and tricks and any other design related issues. We can go all through
the home or focus on one area, its up to you. We are sure you will find
this service covers a lot in a short period of time. Our In Home service
is a 2 to 2 ½ hour visit and the fees are $275.00 plus GST and
are payable at the end of the visit. We will help you with your “Room
Story” and guide you in the right direction; the rest is up to
you and your newly inspired creativity!
Option Two
This Service is meant to create an on-going relationship between client
and designer. The initial meeting at your home is a 45-minute information-gathering
visit. There is no charge for this visit as there is no design work
done at this time. This is an opportunity to get to know each other
and discuss your project and the scope of work involved. This may include
re-decorating a living room, remodelling a kitchen from inception to
completion, or anything in between. After the initial meeting, a “plan
of action agreement” will be drawn up by DIV; and presented to
the client for review. An estimation of time involvement based on an
hourly rate of $125.00 for DIV will be given along with a list of services
that will be covered within this estimate. When both parties are satisfied
with the agreement, a retainer of one third of the estimated amount
will be required. This service is great for those with a more intense
design project or if the client would like DesignInVision to shop and
source, or just spread the project out over time.
